We've grown from a Melbourne design market into a global lifestyle brand sold through leading retailers around the world.
We've just launched our first water bottle, Ora, and we're entering a new phase of retail growth.
About The Role
This role is about finding the right retail homes for KeepCup and Ora globally.
You'll work with premium department stores, design-led independents and lifestyle retailers who understand product, brand and design.
You'll grow existing wholesale partnerships and open new retail doors across AU, NZ, Asia and the US.
This is a commercial role built around relationships, product storytelling and long-term retail growth.
What You'll Do
* Identify and build relationships with design led, lifestyle and premium retail retail partners across AU, NZ, Asia and US
* Open conversations with retailers who are a strong fit for KeepCup's product range, aesthetic and brand positioning
* Build and present compelling product stories to buyers, get in the room, and secure new retail partnerships
* Grow wholesale partnerships end to end, from first conversation through to long term account growth
* Partner with marketing on campaigns, product launches and in store execution to ensure strong brand and product at retail
* Use HubSpot and Shopify to track partnerships and sales activity, turning pipeline data into actionable commercial and market insights
* Bring back customer and retail intel, what's selling, what's resonating, and where the next opportunities are
About You
You're ambitious, commercially minded and you get brand.
You can spot the right retail opportunity, build strong buyer relationships and turn them into long term growth.
You understand that products earn their place on shelf through the right fit and brand alignment with the retailer.
You've spent a few years working with a design-led lifestyle, fashion, homewares or premium consumer brand.
You know how to present a product, tell a compelling story and build confidence in a range.
You're equally comfortable opening new retail doors as you are growing existing partnerships.
You're curious, proactive and culturally aware, with strong awareness of the brands and stores shaping modern retail.
KeepCup was born in coffee, but with Ora we're expanding into a broader lifestyle category. The timing is right, the product is right, and this is your chance to help shape how we show up in retail as we grow.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has 3–5 years experience in wholesale, account management or retail partnerships within a design-led lifestyle, fashion, homewares or premium consumer products brand (required)
* Has experience opening and growing retail accounts and working directly with buyers
* Builds strong, long-term retail relationships that drive growth
* Is confident identifying and pursuing new opportunities, starting conversations and opening doors to new retail partners
* Thinks commercially while staying grounded in brand and product
* Uses CRM tools to manage relationships and identify opportunities (HubSpot experience is advantageous)
