About the PositionWe seek an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead our team and work closely with our Pharmacist Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail section of the Pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and that United Chemists Roma continues to thrive.Responsibilities:Manage the Retail section of the Pharmacy, including training staff, scheduling and overseeing daily operations;Ensure customer's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner;Manage inventory and ensure that products are well stocked and appropriately priced;Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityCollaborate with Pharmacist Manager to provide a seamless and integrated experience for customers;Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.About YouIf you have the drive and enthusiasm for achieving budget results through exceptional people management and leadership, as well as experience working in a dynamic retail environment, then this is the role for you.The ideal candidate will have:Previous Retail management experience (essential), preferably in a Pharmacy or healthcare setting;Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Sound knowledge of POS WORKS, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation;A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements and store budgets;Building relationships with suppliers;Provide your team with support and guidance, being involved in mentoring and development opportunities in the pursuit of continuous improvement.The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.Additional BenefitsAttractive salary commensurate with experience;A motivating and rewarding work environment;Ongoing training and development opportunities as part of a national group;A long and rewarding career.How To Apply:If you are ready to hit the ground running and looking for an opportunity to become a valued member of our team, please apply online with your resume.Apply Now!
