We're growing fast and looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Guide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs.
Lead, coach and motivate your team while working closely with the State Manager.
Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
Hit monthly subscription and growth targets.
Manage the lifecycle such as customer onboarding and subscription renewals/returns.
Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to keep things running smoothly.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
What You'll Bring
Automotive experience in a Dealership or Rental space is essential.
A current, valid Australian Driver's Licence is a must
Passion for people and problem solving.
Leadership skills or readiness to step up into a lead role.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and drive to grow with an expanding business.
