We're looking for an organised, friendly Office Allrounder to join our team
What you'll get up to:
* Keeping admin under control (filing, data entry, databases)
* Creating invoices, purchase orders, chasing payments & insurance renewals
* Booking jobs, supporting supervisors & sharing WIP reports
* Organising meetings, catering & making sure the coffee is ready
* Answering phones, emails & welcoming visitors with a smile
* Processing payments and helping customers with product info
You'll be great if you:
* Have admin or office experience (or learn fast)
* Love being organised and notice the small stuff
* Are confident talking to customers and teammates
* Can juggle tasks without breaking a sweat
* Bring a positive attitude and sense of humour
