Head of Swimming

We are inviting applications for the position of Head of Swimming. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead and shape a program defined equally by participation, performance and community connection.
The role is broad and meaningful: equal parts elite coach, program builder, community leader and operational manager. The Head of Swimming will have both the support and mandate to position All Saints as a destination swimming programme, developing elite athletes, welcoming participants of all ability levels, and fostering a culture that families actively want to be part of.
Qualifications: Teaching staff must be currently registered or eligible for Teacher Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers. All candidates are required to undergo a thorough screening process prior to appointment, and the successful candidate must be willing to comply with school policies, code of conduct and relevant legislation.
