The Opportunity
We're partnering with several respected residential builders across Melbourne who are expanding their estimating teams. There are multiple opportunities for mid to senior-level Estimators to join in Production or Sales Estimating roles, working on detached housing and medium-density townhouse projects.
Depending on your skills, you could focus on production estimating - preparing accurate costings, managing BOQs, and supporting the construction process - or sales estimating, producing detailed client proposals and pricing packages.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years estimating experience in residential construction (detached or MD/townhouses)
- Skilled in producing BOQs, cost analyses, and price files
- Ability to interpret working drawings, specifications, and reports
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and estimating software
