**Position overview**
The ANU International Office provides a coordinating role for international agreement making and management (including managing obligations under the Foreign Arrangements Scheme), develops and nurtures strategic partnerships with key international partners and alliances, identifies and supports the development of international business opportunities, and undertakes research and analysis.
This position will work closely and collegially with the Managers of the ANU International Office, the International Strategy Portfolio and stakeholders across the wider University community, and will communicate and liaise extensively with colleagues across the University as well as current and potential international partners.
Responsibilities include effective administration of the University's obligations under the International Partnerships and Agreements Policy and Procedure, support for the International Partnerships and Agreements Community of Practice, and maintenance of the secure database which captures the University's international partnerships and agreements and associated information. You will work closely with peers across the University including those in the ANU Colleges, the Research & Innovation Portfolio, the Division of Student Administration and Academic Services, and the University Legal Office in managing these responsibilities.
To excel in this role you will have a strong administrative background in policy, procedure, record keeping and compliance and risk management, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
