Leichhardt is seeking a capable and professional Senior People Advisor to join the team and play a key role in the delivery of Leichhardt's people strategy.
Reporting to the People Manager, this role will work closely with leaders across both corporate and site‐based teams to provide HR services across the full employee lifecycle, as the business continues to grow.
This is a hands‐on, generalist role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to build strong, capable and high‐performing teams.

About You
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline
* Previous experience in an HR advisory or similar generalist role
* Experience in the mining industry is preferred
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
* Experience managing ER matters
* Able to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders
* Professional, discreet and able to manage confidential information appropriately
* Strong administration and systems skills, including HRIS user experience (e.g. ActionHRM, Employment Hero) or similar software programs
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and confidence working with data and analytics
* Passion for continuous improvement, technology and employee experience
