Team Leadership
Lead a casework team of family lawyers, ensuring high‐quality work that genuinely matters.
Responsibilities
- Conduct file reviews, quality audits and sign off on advice for junior solicitors.
- Lead complex case management, chair case‐management meetings and coordinate workflows.
- Recruit, train, mentor and manage performance, building a career‐development plan for graduates.
- Shape a team culture grounded in feminist principles and professional excellence.
- Work through referral pathways with external stakeholders.
- Run complex matters requiring depth and judgment beyond routine practice.
Qualifications
- Senior family lawyer with substantial experience across family law, domestic violence and child protection.
- Prior supervisory experience, or demonstrable readiness to lead.
- Strong technical depth and sound judgment in complex and crisis matters.
- Excellent people and communication skills to lead a diverse team.
