Synergie is seeking a Mechanical Fitter / Trade Assistant for a client specialising in the assembly of high-quality machinery, located in Wingfield.
You will be working on Day Shift assembling and bolting machinery components together, with the chance to secure a long-term role in a clean, modern workshop.
Shift Details:
1. Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm
2. Pay Rate: $36–$42 per hour (depending on experience)
Duties include:
3. Assembling and bolting machinery components
4. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
5. Supporting the production team with mechanical assembly tasks
6. Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
7. Maintaining a clean and safe work area
What we're looking for:
8. Experience in mechanical assembly or a trade environment
9. Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings (essential)
10. Competent with hand and power tools
11. Physically fit, reliable, and a team player
12. Forklift license is an advantage (not essential)
