Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising internal day labour forces in a Roads & Drainage construction environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, inspire, lead, and mentor staff to achieve positive business outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to develop, document, implement, and refine technical standards, operational guidelines, and other relevant systems.
* Bachelor qualification in Engineering (Civil) and registered as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
