Salary: $120k + Super

You will be joining a growing Carbon Project Developer that already runs 100+ projects across Australia, sequestering millions of tonnes of CO2E. They have the runs on the board and the momentum to do much more.
The Opportunity:
Over the next two years, the business has an ambitious plan to more than double the size of its existing portfolio.
As a Carbon Project Manager, you will take ownership of a suite of Environmental Plantings/HIR projects. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle—from feasibility assessments and registration through to reporting and auditing.
This is a role for someone who wants genuine autonomy and end-to-end responsibility.
Key Skills & Experience:
We are looking for experienced industry professionals who can demonstrate a track record in carbon sequestration.
Specifically, you will be familiar with:
The ACCU Scheme: A deep understanding of the Australian Carbon Credit Unit framework.
Project Lifecycle: Experience managing the full lifecycle under at least one method (e.g., Environmental Plantings, HIR, Savanna Burning, or Soil Carbon).
Ownership: A proven ability to manage stakeholders and technical requirements simultaneously.
