Our client is seeking a motivated part time
People & Workplace Culture Officer
to join
community-controlled health non-for-profit service
. This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, inclusive, and culturally rich environment.
This is a part-time ongoing
job-sharing role
(0.6 FTE)
Must be available to work from Wednesdays to Fridays from 9.00am – 5.00pm
Work in a
supportive, community-oriented team
Your key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day
HR advice and support
to managers
Manage
recruitment, onboarding, and induction
processes
Develop and implement
HR policies and procedures
Support
performance management, employee relations, and wellbeing initiatives
Oversee
HRIS systems
(preferably Employment Hero)
Assist with
Workcover claims and return-to-work coordination
Assist with
training and development initiatives
Contribute to
HR projects, staff surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for:
Diploma or Cert IV in Human Resources Management
Minimum
5 years' generalist HR experience
Knowledge of
Awards
, SCHADS and healthcare-related would be advantageous
Familiarity with
HRIS/Employment Hero
preferred
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
High level of
confidentiality, accountability, and initiative
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and HR systems

Casual Loading
