We currently have an opportunity in our Kawana store in QLD for a dynamic, customer focussed Store Manager, with a successful track record of achievement in retail management. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary & incentive package with free onsite parking. This position requires availability to work a five-day roster including one weekend day.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be central to ensuring that the operation of the store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results. This role requires previous experience in a leadership or management role in a similar retail environment, strong financial awareness and the drive to coach and develop a team. We strive to provide our customers with the best service possible and for that we require our staff to be reliable and embrace a fast paced environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximising sales and profit earnings
- Maintaining expense levels according to budget
- Managing, coaching and developing Team Members
- Ensuring the culture is maintained and ongoing career path opportunities are provided
**Tools in your kit**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of retail experience
- Possess strong leadership qualities with experience in coaching and training
- Experience within the lighting & fan industry would be a bonus
