Responsibilities
* Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000 employees across ANZ.
* Administer monthly and off-cycle payroll runs.
* Handle payroll checks, bonus and commission calculations, and payroll-related queries.
* Support the finance team with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Requirements
* 1–2 years' experience in payroll, HR administration, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes.
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive mindset with a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Preceda (or similar payroll systems) is advantageous.
