Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse (CN) to join our team in Bollon. The Clinical Nurse practices autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to provide nursing services within a rural / remote health service setting.
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research. The Clinical Nurse assumes responsibility for professional leadership on the ward, service or unit and applies critical thinking across all the domains.

Bollon is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:
* An annual isolation bonus paid annually
* Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave
* Additional annual leave per annum
* Additional professional development leave, travel and associated costs per annum
* Appointment and transfer expenses
