About the Role:
As our next Residential Property Manager, you'll support our dynamic team and be part of a fun environment where you can grow and thrive. Your busy day will include, but not be limited to:
* Nurturing existing client relationships between landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Managing a growing portfolio of properties
* Carrying out routine inspections
* Conducting entry and exit condition reports
* Maintaining and managing all necessary compliance requirements
* Attending industry and networking events to build relationships within the community
What We're Looking For:
* Previous real estate experience (preferred)
* A current QLD Real Estate License and a current driver's license
* Highly driven with a structured work ethic and a hunger to achieve
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanor
* The ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher)
