Store Leadership Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead an energetic, customer-focused team and take charge of store operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead by example to achieve and exceed sales targets

4. Maintain high visual merchandising & stock control standards
5. Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling & company policies
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in a retail management role
* Possession of excellent communication and organisational skills
* A hands-on, solution-focused leader who leads from the front
