Client and You: Join a highly specialised engineering and manufacturing business producing high-spec engineered products for demanding applications, where quality, compliance, and attention to detail are critical. It would suit someone from a structured manufacturing or engineering environment who has genuinely owned, maintained, and improved ISO 9001 quality systems. This is not just a QC inspection role. We require someone who can take ownership of the quality management system, maintain procedures and records, support audits, review QC documentation, and work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and leadership. The Job: Own, maintain, and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system. Develop, update, and control quality procedures, forms, registers, work instructions, and system documentation. Prepare for and support internal audits, external audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits. Manage NCRs, CAPAs, corrective actions, preventative actions, and close-out documentation. Review inspection results, material records, supplier documentation, and final product QC packs. Work with engineering, procurement, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Maintain document control, revision control, traceability, and compliance records. About You: Experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, QA Manager, Quality Manager, or Senior Quality Engineer from a manufacturing or engineering environment. Composites, fabricated products, engineered products, or regulated technical environments would be highly regarded. Strong hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems. Maintain and improve quality systems. What’s in it for you: $110 to $130,000 base Super - negotiable for the right person. Full-time permanent position in an established Australian business.
