As our business grows, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and sales-driven Aftermarket Car Care Consultant to join our team in this FT, high-impact role.

About the Role
This permanent role (5 days per week) includes Saturdays and is based at our Frankston location. You'll be part of the sales delivery and accessories team, meeting customers after they purchase their new or used car.
Your job? To deliver a premium vehicle handover by offering tint, ceramic coating, paint protection film, dash cams, and other automotive protection packages – helping customers protect and enjoy their investment.
This role is ideal for someone with retail, accessories, or automotive experience who enjoys a consultative sales process and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Present and explain car care and protection products in a customer-friendly way
* Tailor vehicle protection packages to each buyer (ceramic coating, tint, dash cams, etc.)
* Liaise with sales, finance, and delivery teams for seamless handover
* Keep accurate records and follow up confidently
* Manage your workflow and stay organised to hit delivery schedules

What You Bring:
* Sales experience – automotive, accessories, or retail preferred
* Excellent communication and personal presentation
* Strong time management, admin, and organisational skills
* Ability to work Saturdays and manage your week efficiently
* Bonus if you've worked in: car tinting, detailing, paint protection, or dealership delivery
