The Opportunity
We specialise in the construction of high-quality, two-storey residential homes valued between $500k and $1.5m. We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and lead projects on Brisbane's central to south side. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a diverse and rewarding project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of the Framework construction program
Manage an average portfolio of
homes
Work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes
Supervise and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Conduct scheduling, forward planning, and project coordination
Use IT systems confidently, including construction and Microsoft programs
Manage construction from approvals through to handover
Ensure high-quality project delivery and performance across scope, time, and cost
Manage both single and double-storey residential projects
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve construction issues proactively

About You – The Ideal Candidate
You will bring a strong track record in residential construction supervision and possess :
A current Building or Supervisor Licence
Minimum 5-10 years' experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in volume residential construction
A current White Card (Construction Induction Safety)
Excellent attention to detail and construction knowledge
Strong competency with Framework and Microsoft programs
Advanced understanding and practical application of WHS principles
Professional presentation and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A valid driver's licence
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to being part of a supportive team
