Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team player who brings both heart and skill to their work. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Organising correspondence, reports, and financial records
* Managing rosters, travel bookings, and client billing
* Maintaining secure and accurate records and files
* Supporting staff scheduling and timesheet validation
* Responding to client enquiries with professionalism and care
* Promoting culturally inclusive practices and supporting the Sanctuary Model of Care
What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
* Certificate III in Business or equivalent
* At least 2 years' experience in administration or clerical roles
* Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A current driver's licence, National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card), Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) - or the ability to obtain
