About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive / Digital Marketing role to join our growing team in the aluminium windows & doors industry.
This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
* Manage and grow relationships with builders, developers, and retail clients
* Prepare quotations and follow up on leads to convert sales
* Coordinate with internal and overseas teams to ensure smooth order delivery
* Provide professional product advice based on project requirements
* Maintain strong after-sales service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the windows & doors industry (essential)
* Strong knowledge of aluminium window & door systems, materials, and production processes
* Familiarity with related industries (e.g. construction, glazing, aluminium extrusion, or building materials)
* Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
* Excellent communication skills, including working with overseas teams
* Strong problem‐solving skills with patience and attention to detail
* Ability to manage and maintain long‐term client relationships
* Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude

* Experienced Sales (Building Materials / Windows & Doors): $70k – $90k base + commission
