What you'll be doing
* Providing friendly and efficient customer service, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and displays
* Assisting with the preparation and packaging of baked goods and other products
* Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
* Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
What we're looking for
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
* Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic food preparation and handling experience (desirable, but not essential)
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
* Barista experience (desirable, but not essential)
