About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing commercial projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality management.
1. Manage project timelines and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and other trades.
2. Implement quality control practices and drive continuous improvement.
3. Develop and oversee construction programs.
4. Review and process contractor claims and variations.
5. Maintain occupational health and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver commercial projects on time and within budget.
* Lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ensure compliance with environmental and quality requirements.
* Protect profit margins by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with risk management procedures.
* Experience with Buildlogic or similar project management software.
