Zorich Group is a South Australian, family owned company established over 30 years ago. Zorich Group operates 11 stores across Adelaide and South Australia, including SportsPower, JT Surf and Rivalry Urbanwear.
We're on the look out for an Assistant Manager to join our SportsPower Harbour Town store in a casual role. The ideal candidate will take pride in the store and team, upholding high standards across the board. A sporting or fashion retail background would be of great strength, as would previous retail management experience.

The Role
* Lead by example to set management expectations across your team and manage performance.
* Mentor and coach team members to work towards goals and future planning.
* Problem solving and ability to provide solutions.
* Manage team to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner.
* Work with the visual merchandising guidelines to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store.
* Demonstrate a duty of care to team members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work.
Who you are
* Previous Supervisory / Management experience.
* Experience in supervising and managing 4 or more employees.
* Passionate about creating a memorable service experience for our customers.
* A proven record of driving and exceeding KPI's.
* You love sport, fashion and culture.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Committed to continuous improvement and learning.
* You have experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
* You have a genuine desire to make a difference.
