Senior Commercial Leader
Pointer is seeking an experienced APAC Sales Director to lead their sales team in a senior role with significant upside.
* Based in Perth or willing to relocate
* Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and long-cycle enterprise sales
* Thrives as a contributor rather than people management
* Deeply familiar with the mining, metals, or energy space
* Commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent, and operationally disciplined
* Able to build trust with the room in the first 5 minutes
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales team in APAC region
* Shape commercial strategy
* Build trust with clients
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in enterprise sales
* Extensive knowledge of mining, metals, or energy industry
* Excellent commercial skills
* Emotionally intelligent and operationally disciplined
Benefits:
Total compensation: $225K base + uncapped commissions
