Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in‐store customer journey and by empowering customers to find the products and services they need to enhance their telecommunications experience.

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Serve as the go‐to tech expert by staying up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
