We are seeking experienced workforce planning professionals to support strategic workforce planning initiatives within a complex and evolving organisation. We are currently seeking APS6 - EL1 levels.
This role will suit candidates with strong analytical capability, workforce modelling experience and the ability to provide practical workforce planning advice to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertaking workforce demand and supply analysis, capability analysis and workforce modelling.
* Identifying workforce risks, critical capabilities and workforce dependencies.
* Developing workforce plans, workforce models and strategic workforce planning documentation.
* Supporting organisational design and future operating model activities.
* Developing workforce planning tools, templates and implementation approaches.
* Providing written and verbal advice to senior leaders and collaborating across business areas.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
* Experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics or workforce modelling within complex environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience developing strategic workforce planning products and workforce models.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Desirable
* APS or public sector experience.
* Experience supporting organisational change, service design or operating model redesign activities.
* APS6 equivalent candidates will undertake complex workforce analysis and contribute significantly to deliverables under limited direction.
* EL1 equivalent candidates will lead workforce planning activities, provide strategic advice and engage with senior leadership with a high degree of autonomy.
