About The Role
ARRCS is actively seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based at our Regional Office in Darwin, this role involves developing content and delivering training to our clinical teams across the Top End of the NT, with support to Central Australia when needed. The annual salary is $110,000 gross base - $120,000 (dependent on prior experience).
This position is ideal for a registered nurse looking to advance their career by providing education and mentorship to current RNs across our facilities. You should be passionate about ensuring a skilled workforce and comfortable working with minimal supervision, with the ability to travel to remote locations within the NT regularly.
Travel will include trips to remote NT locations, involving driving a 4WD and flying in single-engine aircraft.
This role does not include Visa Sponsorship.

Skills & Experience
* Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred, not essential)
* Experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach using contemporary education methods
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment
* Ability to deliver and evaluate education activities based on adult learning principles
* Skills in developing and teaching new practices linked to improved outcomes
* Knowledge of nursing scope of practice, delegation, and supervision
* Current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel to remote NT areas, including long drives and overnight stays
