Job Title: Senior Director of Sales Finance
The role leads the strategic direction and execution of merchant-facing Sales Finance propositions to drive growth and competitive positioning.
Responsibilities:
* Product Ownership: Oversee the development, management, and optimisation of merchant-facing Sales Finance offer mechanics.
* P&L Management: Drive the financial performance of Sales Finance offers, including revenue generation, cost control, and profit margins.
* Partner Enablement: Simplify complex product, pricing, and operational features for partner-facing teams and merchants.
* Pricing & Yield Optimisation: Lead the design and maintenance of MSF pricing frameworks and promotional pricing.
* Performance Insights: Ensure robust analytics and reporting to track performance across partners, plans, campaigns, and product types.
* Operational Excellence: Enhance risk practices, controls, documentation, and execution across partner-facing processes.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Integrate functions across Sales, Product, Risk, Tech, and Legal to launch and manage new initiatives.
* Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of functional leads across Product, Pricing, Analytics, Marketing, and Ops.
