In this varied role you will also have the option to drive a van from Crows Nest to Smithfield to deliver samples each evening.**Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:*** Greet and assist clients by phone and in person* Receive incoming sample deliveries* Prepare sample container orders for clients* Read and understand client Chain of Custody (CoC) documentation, including analytical testing requirements* Accurately enter receipt information from the client CoC documentation into the ALS LIMS system* Liaising with clients (internal and external) regarding sample submissions, sample container orders and related queries* General office administration duties, including data entry* Manually move samples and eskies around the laboratory utilizing provided equipment (typically around 15kg)* Maintaining an excellent standard of occupational health and safety* Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment**The role also potentially requires proficiency in driving a van (automatic)**.
