The Person
* Experience in food and beverage management
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
* Experience in workplace health and safety issues
* Strong communication with client, staff and customers
* Holds a current WWC card or ability to obtain one
* Good computer/Microsoft office skills
* Has a current RSA
The Position
* Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
* Plan and organise events
* Manage labour and food costs
* Lead and manage staff members
* Maintain client and customer satisfaction
* Perform administrative duties
* Be a senior leader in our group of schools
