About the Position
The successful candidate will provide high quality legal advice and support to clients, working on complex matters within the Dust Diseases jurisdiction.

* Critically analysing factual information, including medicolegal evidence, to provide timely legal advice for clients.
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, providing open dialogue and timely updates.
* Working diligently to resolve matters on the best possible terms, achieving timely and cost-effective outcomes for clients.
* Maintaining advanced knowledge of relevant law, including legislative changes and significant decisions.
Requirements
* Holding a recognised qualification in law and current Practicing Certificate in NSW.
* Demonstrated expertise in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and/or Dust Diseases matters.
* Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills, with superior attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills, relating well to clients, employers, insurers and peers.
* Experience coaching, mentoring and developing junior lawyers and support staff.
