Lead your own
Property Management POD

rental arrears

Conduct periodic, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
Coordinate maintenance and tenancy support services
Complete annual eligibility assessments to meet housing program requirements
Attend NCAT hearings when required

What we're looking for
Proven
residential/tenancy management experience
Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) – desirable
Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of NRAS or Affordable Housing – desirableStrong customer service, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Self-starter, organised, and a collaborative team player
Current Driver's License
Willingness to obtain a
National Criminal Record Check
