ABOUT THE ROLE

Axiom College is seeking the right individual to join our Administration team. We pride ourselves in developing individuals to reach their maximum potential.

Our Administration team provides quality customer service, information and support which will lead to an overall enhanced experience with Axiom College.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for incoming calls and providing information to clients
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Proactive monitoring and ensuring progressive contact is maintained with clients
- Data entering and maintaining student records in our corporate database
- Assisting and liaising with Trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training to students
- Liaising with Australian Apprenticeship Centre's and the Department of Education, Training and Employment
- Tailored Client management for specific accounts and partners
- Resource Ordering, Printing and Binding
- General administration tasks as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external clients at all levels
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
- A personable and helpful manner with a 'can do' approach that takes ownership of what needs to be done
- Ability to Multitask and prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in a job well done
- A great team player that can also work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Medium to high level computer literacy
- At least 2 years minimum experience in an administration or customer based position
