Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
* Collaborate with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, contributing to goal setting and reviews
* Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities
Requirements
* Qualifications: AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* A genuine passion for helping individuals achieve independence and joy in daily life
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
