Role Description
We're looking for a part-time Content Creator to come into our office based in Cronulla, Sydney, reporting to our Head of Brand and Communications.
This isn't a task queue. You'll own the content arm of Jiffi alongside our Head of Brand and Comms. They set strategy, brief content, and work closely with you on everything we put out. You bring instinct, energy, and a phone that's always ready.
No long CV required. Genuine passion for content and a willingness to learn fast matter more.
What You'll Do
* Shoot and edit iPhone‐style content: office life, client visits, product demos, team moments
* Assist on polished shoot days: logistics, on‐site support, helping direct talent
* Draft captions and copy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
* Help build and run the content calendar: stay a few weeks ahead, keep the rhythm steady
* Repurpose content per platform: one video, four homes, each with its own cut
* Build the evergreen asset library: b‐roll, culture clips, client footage, organised and ready
* Stay across trends and bring relevant formats and ideas back to the team
Who We're Looking For
* Genuinely passionate about content. Not just posting, you care about the craft
* A good eye and instinct for social. You know what works on a feed and why
* Quick on the phone. Comfortable picking it up and shooting in the momentCurious about the business. You want to understand the brand, not just execute briefs
* Thrives in fast‐moving work where priorities shift
* Collaborative. Takes direction well and gives ideas back
* Some short‐form video experience: Reels, TikTok, anything. Doesn't have to be professional
