Role
Join us at Redbank Plains State School Helping Hands, as a Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children.
This permanent, part-time role offers 25-30 hours per week with ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support to thrive in a leadership role.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
- 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
About the role
- As Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.
This role focuses on leadership: you’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts — designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks — all while fostering teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have resources to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

- You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Australian work rights.
- A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
