Lecturer in Human Services Management

The successful candidate will hold a doctoral level qualification in Human Services Management or a related field, with knowledge of the ESOS Framework and the National Code 2018.
We seek an academic professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the capacity to explain complex concepts plainly and helpfully.
The lecturer will be responsible for delivering face-to-face and online teaching of undergraduate courses, using approaches to teaching and assessment that are underpinned by rigorous, evidence-based research into the method and practice of teaching.
The key responsibilities include:
* Deliver lectures, tutorials, practicals, workshops
* Contribute to the development of curriculum, new course modules, and course material
* Contribute to the development, marking, and compilation of assessments, including assignments and examinations
* Implement current best practice in approaches to teaching and assessment
* Contribute to teaching innovation at Southern Cross Institute
