Required Skills & Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of the Transport Accident Act, common law principles, and other relevant legislation and legal policy.
* High degree of proficiency in managing complex litigation across various jurisdictions.
* Extensive litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience.
* Highly developed problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment, influence, negotiate, and work under demanding timeframes with changing priorities.
* Demonstrated experience in building relationships with stakeholders, including clients, the legal fraternity, and medical practitioners.
