About the Position
We are looking for a part-time professional to assist with maintenance support, service, and Helpdesk assistance. The successful candidate will coordinate and perform basic fault preventative servicing on printing equipment.
Responsibilities
* Attend to print equipment at multiple customer locations to guarantee optimal performance and consumable levels.
* Deliver prompt and effective maintenance support, resolving issues according to established customer service standards.
* Collaborate with clients to schedule training sessions on printer operation and management.
* Manage paper stock levels and refill paper trays as needed.
* Monitor and maintain consumables inventory.
