About Our School
Southern Cross Catholic College is a Prep to Year 12 school offering families a co‐educational pathway to life‐long learning. The College was founded in 1995 following the amalgamation of the Catholic primary and secondary schools in the Moreton Bay Region. The multi‐campus College operates as the principal Catholic College on the Redcliffe peninsula. Southern Cross Catholic College has three campuses located in Scarborough, Kippa Ring and Woody Point accommodating students in Prep to Year 6 and a fourth campus in Scarborough accommodating middle and senior years students from Year 7 to 12.
Summary
Southern Cross Catholic College invites applications from highly organised, professional, and experienced personal assistants to support the Head of Campus (Secondary) of a large, dynamic secondary college. This is a key executive support role, providing high level administrative and operational assistance to the Head of Campus and contributing to the effective leadership, governance, and smooth operation of the College.

About The Opportunity
* Providing a high level executive and confidential administrative support to the Head of Campus
* Managing complex diary commitments, correspondence, and meeting coordination
* Acting as a key liaison between the Head of Campus, senior leaders, staff, parents, BCE offices, and external stakeholders
* Coordinating governance, compliance, and leadership documentation and processes
* Drafting and managing professional correspondence on behalf of the Head of Campus
* Supporting strategic planning, timeline and direction of enrolments in collaboration with the Head of Campus
* Exercising judgement and discretion in handling sensitive matters
* Supporting and coordinating strategic initiatives, College events, and whole of school operations
* Supporting Administration Office workflows through coordination, prioritisation, and problem solving during peak periods
* Maintaining accurate records and systems in line with BCE requirements and contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes
About You
* Overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources, having recommended and implemented process enhancements
* Coordinated daily administrative tasks, managed workloads and fostered teamwork
* Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedures related to school operations
* Managing procurement activities and financial administration
* Managing sensitive and confidential staff and student information
* Marketing and promoting administrative services, ensuring programs align with school needs and current trends
* For this position you are not required to be Catholic
