About the Venue
The Mulberry Group will operate five distinct venues under one roof, each designed to reflect Melbourne's layered food culture while adding something new to the mix. From morning coffee runs to late-night soundtracks, these venues will be seamlessly woven into the rhythm of the hotel and the city beyond.
Coupette Corner Bistro & Bar will offer early morning breakfasts, long lunches, after-work drinks, and late suppers. Expect a produce-driven, European-inspired neighbourhood bistro menu with a distinct Melbourne sensibility.
Your Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Support the F&B or Restaurant Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and guest service excellence.
Lead by example with a hands-on approach—serving, greeting, and maintaining high presentation standards.
Manage rosters, stock control, POS systems, and financial reporting to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Drive team engagement, training, and development to foster a positive workplace culture.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, always aiming for continuous improvement.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery and uphold brand standards.
