Randstad is currently seeking expressions of interest for upcoming Customer Service Officer roles across the public sector. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face channels
- Respond to enquiries efficiently, resolving issues at the first point of contact where possible
- Navigate internal systems and knowledge bases to provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Escalate or redirect complex queries appropriately
- Maintain detailed records and manage service requests in a timely manner
- Process payments and transactions with accuracy and in line with internal procedures
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support continuous service improvement
- Identify and report on service delivery gaps and improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume or government setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident problem-solver with a calm and professional approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
