Our flagship product Hovermap is a smart mobile scanning unit that combines advanced collision avoidance and autonomous flight technologies to map hazardous and GPS‐denied environments.
Responsibilities
* Sales Support & Coordination – Support the APAC sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
* Maintain the HubSpot CRM database with accurate deal and client information.
* Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts; coordinate product demonstrations and client presentations with technical teams.
* Track sales metrics and pipeline activity; prepare regular sales reports.
* Serve as first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web; qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales team.
* Process client orders and coordinate logistics for product delivery; manage sales documentation and invoicing support.
* Assist in marketing campaigns, trade show participation, and content development for sales presentations.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service; B2B technology or industrial sectors preferred.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and HubSpot experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Self‐motivated with a client‐focused mindset; ability to tailor technical solutions to client needs.
* Desirable: experience in mining, infrastructure, surveying, or drone/robotics industries; knowledge of LiDAR technology, mapping, or geospatial solutions.
