Overview
Our global Oil & Gas client is seeking a HR Assistant to join their HR Shared Services team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a contract role until the end of August 2025. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining user-friendly guides and resources to address HR queries effectively. Additionally, you will manage and update the online HR knowledge base, ensuring employees have easy access to accurate and up-to-date information. Responsibilities
* Create and maintain knowledge base content following company guidelines
* Update documentation to reflect system changes and new processes
* Review and improve materials submitted by team members
* Track and analyze knowledge-based performance metrics
* Handle knowledge-related queries and escalate technical issues when needed
* Build relationships with regional teams to promote knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in HR/Shared Services environment

* 1-3 years of experience in admin and knowledge management environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, user-friendly content
* Experience with web content management and basic design tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Tech-savvy with keen attention to detail and data accuracy
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders across teams
