Must Have:
* 8+ years of commercial software development, focusing on integration/APIs
* Expert knowledge of Spring Framework ecosystem (particularly Boot 3.x, Security, WebFlux)
* Mastery of API security, including OAuth2, JWT, and API key management
* Track record of delivering high-performance, secure system designs
* Strong command of AWS
* Experience consuming LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), orchestrating prompts or agentic workflows
* Familiarity with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), term/embedding-based search
* Daily usage of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to speed up development workflows
Nice to Have:
* Real-time data processing and streaming architecture experience
* Hosting model endpoints using bedrock or similar
* Experience with Kafka or similar message brokers
