Your new role Joining a passionate team of recruiters supporting efficient delivery of end-to-end recruitment across the department's corporate (VPS) workforce, this role will be responsible for coordinating employment programs including graduate and interns and supporting the redeployment function. This role will: * Drive employment programs by building collaborative stakeholder relationships, ensuring key timelines are met, communications are delivered effectively, outcomes are achieved, and stakeholders are kept informed. * Proactively engage with surplus employees, hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing sound recruitment advice, data analytics and reporting, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties. * Shape and document processes and develop standard operating guidelines for redeployment and employment programs * Apply knowledge of departmental and VPS common policies, frameworks, and employment agreements to ensure fair and compliant recruitment outcomes. * Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex recruitment issues using sound judgment, initiative, accountability and strategic problem solving. * Utilise strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with the broader team to respond to a diverse range of recruitment requests and queries within a timely manner. * Support leadership and the broader team by championing change and contributing to continuous process improvements About you The successful candidate will possess: * Demonstrated experience in managing graduate and career pathway programs. * Demonstrated experience in managing redeployment and end-to-end recruitment activity in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as VPS or similarly structured environments, balancing quality service delivery with policy compliance. * The ability to work independently and collaboratively as required, balancing an autonomous portfolio whilst maintaining collaborative team relationships. * High attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. * Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, guide, and support employees and hiring managers. * Sound judgment and strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate advice clearly and confidently. * Demonstrated capability in analysing issues, troubleshooting recruitment barriers, and recommending evidence-based solutions. * Agile mindset with experience supporting change initiatives, system enhancements or process improvements. Knowledge and understanding of VPS policies, procedures, and practices is highly desirable.
