We have built a strong reputation for reliable service and long-term customer relationships, with a large client base that relies on us for their everyday business equipment requirements. Our close-knit team of 20+ staff operates across two locations in Townsville and Mount Isa, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond for our clients to help maintain and strengthen these relationships.

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Townsville team. This role is responsible for managing incoming service requests and coordinating our technicians who service photocopiers, printers, and related office equipment.

You will play a key role in ensuring service jobs are scheduled efficiently and that customers receive timely updates and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and log service calls from customers

* Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance

* Prioritise and manage service requests

* Communicate with customers regarding service updates and timeframes

* Monitor service jobs from booking through to completion

* Maintain accurate service records in the service management system

* Assist the service team with administrative tasks as required

About You

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* High attention to detail

* Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administration role is preferred

* Experience in the photocopier/printer, office equipment, or technical service industry would be advantageous but not essential
